Job DetailsThe Inventory & Distribution Technician (IDT) is responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing clinical supplies and equipment. The role ensures adequate inventory levels, maintains compliance with regulations, and supports logistics across multiple locations.
Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday; 7AM-3:30PM and Must be available evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and organize organ/tissue recovery supplies.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet clinical needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance in supply storage areas.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and quality control.
- Support fleet vehicle transport, maintenance, and refueling.
- Attend safety and compliance training.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call availability.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant healthcare supply training preferred.
- 2+ years of supply management experience preferred.
- Valid CA driver's license and insurance required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must pass a background check.
Work Environment
- Frequent travel between facilities using company vehicles.
- Requires protective equipment (gloves, masks, gowns, etc.).
- Exposure to medical environments and occasional biohazard materials.
