INVENTORY CLERK AUTOMOTIVE Southern Team Automall in Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented
AUTOMOTIVE INVENTORY CLERK. This is a deadline-driven, clerical position. Previous accounting experience and auto dealership experience preferred but not required. Candidates will possess professional communication skills, flexibility, ability to work both independently and as part of a team (willingness to cross-train), ability to work with interruptions, must have excellent math and data entry skills.

- QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 months of related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills, prioritization, and time management required
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record no DUI or reckless driving
- Knowledge of accounting software (CDK) and Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and strict deadlines
- Desire to learn the many different facets of a dealership accounting office including cross-training in switchboard and other accounting positions
- Must be at least 20 years old

- Stocking in vehicles
- Process dealer trades
- Process wholesales
- General office support
