Athlete Performance Solutions is a global footwear & apparel licensee of Nike Inc., marketing, distributing, and selling Nike's pinnacle, performance footwear for several sports. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-starting individual who wants to learn and grow with our company.
We're seeking a detail oriented Inventory Auditor to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize storage utilization, and support seamless warehouse operations. This role combines hands on auditing/cycle counting in NetSuite with strategic planning of warehouse setup and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Auditing & Cycle Counting
- Plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and reconcile variances between physical stock and NetSuite records.
- Maintain audit trails and document adjustments in NetSuite's Inventory Control module.
- NetSuite Expertise
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot inventory-related settings in NetSuite (e.g., locations, bins, item records, transfers).
- Build and deliver customized reports and dashboards to track stock levels, turnover, and discrepancies.
- Train warehouse staff on NetSuite best practices for inventory transactions.
- Organizational Skills
o The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively is important.
o Proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities and maintain a well-organized warehouse.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of hands on inventory auditing or cycle counting experience in a multi site distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,Teams).
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP (Inventory Control, Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory, Saved Searches, Reporting).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail; comfortable working with large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to train and influence non technical staff.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs, climb ladders, and spend extended periods on foot in a warehouse setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
ASCM credentials, specifically the CLTD (certified logistics, transportation, and distribution) credential.
