Inventory and Procurement Specialist We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory and ProcurementSpecialist to join our client's team. This role is crucial in managing our inventory processes, vendor relationships, and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory levels.
Responsibilities: - Handle vendor orders, write, manage, and track purchase orders (POs). Manage warranties and defective products with vendors, and build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Set minimum quantities on hand and order parts as needed to prevent stockouts. Oversee the entire inventory process, including daily updates, and maintain and improve inventory management strategies and procedures.
- Oversee logistics operations and collaborate with the executive team to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
- Assist with repairs and repair documentation from customers.
- Perform inventory reconciliation in QuickBooks and/or offline.
- Participate in a variety of special projects as needed.
Required Experience and Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of full cycle inventory and procurement experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with MS Excel, including building dashboards, templates, and workbooks, as well as proficiency with Pivot tables and Auto filter options.
- Familiarity with the entire MS Office Suite.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivated, not afraid to get hands dirty, excited to take on new challenges, and a team player.

- Pay is $60k- $70k, depending on experience
