Job Description
An employer is looking for a SDET in the Bogota, Colombia area. You will primarily be responsible for creating automated tests within an existing test framework for the clients inventory/ labor management platform. You will work as part of a scrum team, and ensure the automated tests are in place to ensure functionality works as expected. Currently, the environment has manual components in the test environment and you will play a pivotal part in maturing the automation footprint as they continue to bring more into the automation space. Additional tasks will include coordinating testing efforts with peer/ engineering teams, enhancing the automation framework, document defects identified, and process improvement.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in QA automation/ SDET roles
Well versed in developing automated tests with TypeScript and Playwright
Strong Web UI testing experience, some exposure to API testing
Experience with SQL and some relational database knowledge
Good experience with functional, integration, component, and end to end tests
Jira experience Strong RESTful API testing background null
