Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Technical Project Managers to join our Data Automation and Integration Services team. These roles will manage large-scale, cross-functional programs within our global IT infrastructure environment. The successful candidates will work closely with teams across multiple time zones, including significant collaboration with our APAC and India-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects and programs
Develop, own, and maintain project schedules and timelines
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage dependencies
Facilitate project needs and requirements
Maintain and report project status to various levels of stakeholders
Work in a hybrid project management environment (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Present to steering committees and senior leadership as needed
Support global team collaboration across multiple time zones
Work Schedule and Location
Must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zone
Flexible schedule required to accommodate early morning meetings (starting around 7 AM PT)
Regular collaboration with teams in APAC, India, Dublin, and across the US

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of project management experience (10+ years preferred)
Extensive experience in IT infrastructure projects, specifically in areas such as:
o Network infrastructure
o Data automation and integration
o Platform migrations
o Data lake implementations
o Log monitoring (Splunk)
o Workflow orchestration (Airflow)
o Identity and access management (Okta, SSO)
o DevOps infrastructure
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working with enterprise-level security teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global team collaboration
Experience working in large enterprise environments PMP Certification
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
Background in data automation and integration
Experience with cloud platforms and licensing consolidation
Prior experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience in software development projects null
