Reporting to the Manager of Interventional Radiology Services, the Interventional Radiology Tech will play a crucial role in supporting superior patient care. Beyond the team of Cardiologists, the IR Technician will also get to work in collaboration with CVRN and CCRN Cardiac Critical Care Nurses, Cath Lab Techs, and of course an amazing team of Cath Lab Registered Nurses, offering many opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.
Joining this busy Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Services unit will offer the Interventional Radiology Technician ample opportunities to contribute to superior patient care, grow skills and experience, and work under a tenured and experienced Manager. This facility has 1 dedicated IR Suite and 1 Hybrid room, where a wide array of high-acuity procedures take place.
The Interventional Radiology Technician will play an important role in supporting and promoting superior patient care for the Cardiovascular Services Department, executing and implementing quality / safety initiatives, and upholding the medical center's standards of excellence. This person will help gather and interpret data pertaining to patient condition, support efficient procedures, and directly assist the physician.
