A magnet-recognized hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist ARRT(R) to support a team of interventional surgeons, nurses, and diagnostic imaging specialists for a Full time position, Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM in Bronx, NY.
In this position, you will be expected to scrub in and utilize special equipment to produce Real Time imaging utilizing like c-arms and fluoroscopy during procedures.
Pay Rate: $68/hr
Responsibilities include:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols while operating imaging equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging procedures based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures performed.
Provide patient education regarding the imaging process and ensure their comfort throughout the procedure.
Requirements:
1+ years of Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures experience
ARRT Certification and NYS License
Experience working with X Ray, C-Arm, and Ultrasound Equipment preferred
