Interventional Cardiologist Peripheral Vascular Focus Opening in South Dakota

Job Description:
A leading Heart & Vascular Institute in Rapid City is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist with peripheral vascular fellowship training to join its highly skilled, multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be eligible for RPVI certification and have experience with endovenous ablation.

Position Highlights:
Join a premier cardiovascular team, including:
9 Non-Interventional Cardiologists
5 Interventional Cardiologists
2 Electrophysiologists
2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons
State-of-the-art Cath Lab capabilities, performing:
Diagnostic & interventional coronary and peripheral angiography
Chronic total occlusions (CTOs), carotid angiography & stenting
Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), IVC stenting, thrombolysis, and limb salvage procedures
Dedicated Structural Heart Program offering:
TAVR, LAAO, PFO/ASD closure, MitraClip, transcatheter mitral valve implantation
Comprehensive EP program offering the full spectrum of treatment for electrical heart disease
Annual procedural volumes include:
650+ Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgeries
2,500+ Cath Lab Procedures (including 250 Structural Heart Interventions)
1,300+ EP Lab Procedures, including 500+ Ablations
Two hybrid suites, two cath labs, two EP labs
Robust clinical research program with 20+ active trials, including Human Device Exemption (HDE) trials
Comprehensive Quality & Registry Participation, including:
STS Adult Cardiac Surgery, NCDR CP/MI, NCDR Cath/PCI, TVT, SVS Vascular Quality Initiative, AHA A-Fib, NCDR LAAO registries

Compensation & Benefits:
Highly competitive salary with $165,000+ in recruitment incentives

Qualifications:
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
Peripheral vascular fellowship training required
