Job Summary and Qualifications


The Consulting Clinical Interoperability Analyst is a Lead-level position within the Clinical Informatics team of the Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) group. Consulting Clinical Interoperability Analyst is responsible for delivery and support of data and reporting solutions primarily focused on the MEDITECH Expanse and Google HDE platforms. Consulting Clinical Interoperability Analyst is the Clinical Informatics subject matter expert for Expanse functionality related to data exchange and participates in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities to business requirements.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide deep expertise in interoperability, Expanse experience highly desirable
  • Serve as primary business owner with IT and Expanse teams for interoperability
  • Lead in definition and prioritization of FHIR interoperability requirements - FHIR experience is therefore a requirement for this role
  • Lead in data definition, acquisition and analysis in support of clinical and operational requirements
  • Support product, field and leadership teams in identifying existing functionality and documenting needs
  • Support testing and validation of deployed capabilities
  • Support product and field teams in implementation of deployed capabilities

What qualifications you will need:


  • Bachelor's Degree ideal, relevant experience may substitute for education
  • Master's Degree in applicable field a plus
  • Healthcare context highly desirable, clinical environment - Preferred
  • Delivery of interoperability, integration and reporting projects - Required
  • Data query and analysis with reporting tool experience - Preferred
  • Presentation of data analysis findings to multiple and diverse groups - Required
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience - Required
  • FHIR API experience - Required
