Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Work Internet Leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery providing excelling communication with our customers along the way
- Respond to leads in accordance with dealer policy for response speed, frequency and length of time
- Implement an ongoing procedure for periodic lead response email and phone follow-up
- Achieve dealership objectives for internet sales close rate, Internet sales volume, average response speed, and required number of contacts
- Record all contact attempts and contact discussion notes into the dealerships CRM
Summary of Desired Skills, Attributes and Experiences: - 3 years experience Internet Sales
- Have a Passion for Customer Service
- Successful automotive sales experience, the ideal ISM has already sold vehicles on the floor
- Solid Closer- able to explain features, the advantages of those features and how those features benefit the customers
- Strong written communication skills and telephone communication skills
- Flexible and willing to try new approaches
- Self-starter, can be relied on to accomplish agreed upon tasks, by following dealership policy with minimal Supervision
- Strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable using a computer, especially email and CRM tool
