Looking for a proactive and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to handle and convert leads effectively while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Overview: As the Internet Sales Manager, you'll lead the strategy for online sales, focusing on optimizing lead handling, quick response times, and maximizing conversions. Your goal is to drive revenue through efficient, personalized follow-ups, while managing and mentoring a team to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Prioritize and respond to inbound leads swiftly and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Conversion Optimization: Use data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates from inbound traffic, ensuring a seamless, personalized sales journey.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a digital sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to provide top-tier, prompt responses to customer inquiries, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and seamless customer engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, refine strategies, and track KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in internet sales or e-commerce, with a focus on lead management and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Approach and greet customer with a smile and positive attitude. Build rapport to determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
  • Respond to and or resolve customer issues related to orders and products.
  • Maintain professional growth and development by keeping abreast of product knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
