Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $35/hour

What You'll Be Doing: - Arrange and manage international and domestic travel (air, hotel, car, rail) for corporate clients
- Ensure all bookings align with client preferences and compliance standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations for optimal travel experiences
- Navigate complex itineraries including multi-destination routes, ticket exchanges, and special fare structures
- Resolve travel issues pre- and post-departure with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with management on special projects and operational updates
- Adapt to a fast-evolving travel environment and assist in optimizing travel processes
- Maintain strong organizational control over a high-volume workload

Who We're Looking For: - 2+ years of related experience in corporate travel or executive coordination
- Experience supporting executive leadership (SVP, C-Suite)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma from an accredited institution
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Flexible, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur is a plus
- Capable of occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)
