Are you an experienced international trade attorney looking to grow your practice in a dynamic, entrepreneurial law firm? We are seeking a highly motivated and collegial partner with at least a small book of business to join our team.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required to practice in Pittsburgh, PA)
- Law firm experience handling international trade matters
- Small book of business
Key Experience & Skills:
- Advising U.S. and foreign clients on regulatory requirements for investment in the U.S. and navigating the CFIUS review process
- Providing guidance on U.S. Customs regulations, import compliance, and trade preference programs (USMCA, CAFTA, etc.)
- Advising on trade remedies (AD/CVD, Sec. 301) and export controls (EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions)
- Communicating with regulators regarding investigations, protests, voluntary disclosures, and settlements
- Trade litigation experience is a plus
