Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment, and experience with international sales orders and export/import documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee global logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with international clients and suppliers to process sales orders and manage shipments.
- Create and maintain accurate export/import documentation in compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, and transportation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with international sales orders and creating export/import documentation.
- Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
