Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is responsible for managing and supporting all customer business requests received via phone, email, or fax. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of their needs in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Accurately receive, document, coordinate, and process, purchase orders, return requests, information requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and services.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, team members, and internal departments to resolve issues and share status updates.
  • Collaborate with the Products Group team to balance workloads and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and team efforts.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Basic understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
