Description Konami Gaming is looking for an International and iGaming Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for ensuring the sales order fulfillment process for games, system, iGaming and conversion orders is complete as required for the international market. This position is the direct contact for all local offices and distributors, and Konami Gaming Inc. internal personnel for all matters concerning order fulfillment in the assigned area(s). Success will be measured in this role by working closely with all departments including Sales, R&D, Compliance, Marketing, Corporate Planning, Finance and Accounting, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. In coordination with the VP, International Gaming Operations this role is expected to support all efforts to ensure customer/distributors satisfaction throughout the pre-ordering, ordering, manufacturing, shipping and installation processes. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing: - Partners closely with Games Sales, System Sales, iGaming, Distributors, Accounting, Compliance, R&D, Customer Service and Manufacturing to manage orders throughout lifecycle.
- Reports to senior management any discrepancies, changes or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution.
- Conduct research on questions and issues using available information resources and Product Management personnel.
- Assists in launching, training, and tracking of product from inception through retirement for Int'l markets.
- Proofs & Corrects Daily Sales Orders for Games, iGaming & Systems Products into the Pronto System (for direct, trial, participation, conversion).
- Ensures Compliance Standards are met for all Sales Orders, realistic deliverable dates are established, stays ahead of and escalates order issues, ensures appropriate action is taken on issues and that all appropriate stakeholders are kept informed during delays.
- Prepares shipping documents, including commercial invoices maintaining a high level of alert for specific countries of focus as designated by the VP of International Gaming Operations.
- Coordinate translation services as needed with customers, employees and outside representatives including distributors and vendors.
- Organize and maintain documentation on internal and external SharePoint locations
- Generate monthly reports for international and iGaming
- Organize, update, maintain graphic assets for the products
- Provides periodical training on the forms and tools used between Konami and Distributors
- Recommends processes and procedures improvements
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat we'll want you to have: - Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent related experience and/or some college coursework. Minimum of High School Diploma.
- 2 to 4 years customer service; Gaming experience is a plus.
- Must be computer literate, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Software including Word, Power Point and Excel. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbal and written with all levels of the business.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks; Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming licensure(s).
Work Environment: - Full-time / 40+ hours per week. Must be flexible to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be comfortable working in an area with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at computer terminal for extended periods of time. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Must be able to work at assigned location to enable direct communications and interactions with team members, management, and others as necessary, unless traveling for a business-related purpose. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, paying attention to detail, and meeting assigned deadlines. Demonstrates high integrity, trust, and strict confidentiality. Ability to always act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
- Position shall work primarily in a smoke free office environment. The noise level is low to moderate. Position shall maintain a cubicle or office in close proximity to other cubicles and offices.
