Position Title: Director, Capital Markets Internal Wholesaler

We delivered the largest multifamily building in the world to seek International Living Future Institute (ILFI) Zero Carbon certification, and our pipeline includes 10 buildings under development or construction that are designed to achieve the same certification. About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Internal Salesperson/Wholesaler to join our team. In this role, you will partner with an external senior salesperson to prospect financial intermediaries such as Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)and select Wealth Management platforms, as well as focus on Family Offices, to raise capital for Redbrick's private real estate investment offerings. You'll take charge of prospecting new business, building lasting relationships, working closely with internal partners such as Operations and Compliance, and helping our external sales team grow our presence within these critical client segments in specific regions of the country

  • Requirements:

    • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • Applicants will be required to complete a satisfactory background check as a condition of employment.
    • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required to perform the functions of this role. Applicants not possessing these licenses will be turned away.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and external partners.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills

    • Previous experience in a wholesaling, internal sales, or sales support role within the financial services industry, with a specific focus on RIAs and Family Offices preferred.
    • An understanding of 506(b) private offerings, Opportunity Zone Investing, and opportunistic real-estate development.
    • Strong knowledge of the RIA and Family Office markets and the challenges and opportunities they face.


    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary commensurate with experience but generally the salary range is between $75,000 and $100,000; commissions in addition to salary are earned based on sales.
