Our client, a well-established dynamic business within the Rowley Regis area are currently seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
Main job responsibilities (not limited too):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Look for chances to offer customers higher-value or alternative products that better meet their needs (upselling and switch selling).
- Help customers choose the right products by giving clear, knowledgeable advice.
- Take and process customer orders, answer questions, and solve any problems quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with your team to reach sales goals and help the company grow.
Person Specification:
- Experience within internal sales.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Experience using a variety of computer systems.
- Industry knowledge (desirable, to be discussed)
