INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Calling all experienced Internal Sales Executives. We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, Internal Sales Executive who has honed their sales and business development skills within the construction, civil engineering or a similar sector. You will find yourself working for a leading company who in addition to a competitive salary they also pay a generous monthly, quarterly and annual branch bonus depending on company performance and an invite to be part of their Employment Ownership Trust.
Salary c. 30K depending on experience + bonus
Key responsibilities for the Internal Sales Executive include,
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector
- Manage customer enquiries across all product lines (full product training given)
- Seek new sales opportunities and increase add on sales
- Work closely on construction related projects - following them from enquiry to order
- Have the ability to effectively maximise margin and net profit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular updates
The ideal Internal Sales Executive will need,
- Solid sales/business development skills ideally within construction, civil engineering or a similar however all sectors will be considered
- The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues essential
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must
- Be highly customer focused
- Have strong administrative skills, be thorough and accurate
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to location, free on-site parking
Hours 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
