Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. is a leading regional, independent, non-producing Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm located in Akron, Ohio. Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professionals in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solution for qualified retirement plans across the US. As we expand our sales territories across the Midwest, we're looking for a talented, results-driven individual to help fuel our growth.
What You'll Do as the Internal Sales Desk Associate:
You will hold an internal sales support role, providing crucial support to our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). You'll play a vital role in managing sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing sales efficiency through CRM management, advisor engagement, and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements

You are motivated to succeed, with a relentless focus on hitting your targets and achieving growth by being a relationship-oriented closer. You are exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while providing strong support to a remote sales team.
What You'll Need:
• Residence in Northeast Ohio.
• 1 year of retirement plan operations and compliance experience
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• ASPPA Requirements:
• Must have attained QKA.
• Maintains a continuous pursuit of ASPPA designations and maintains ASPPA membership.
• Required to take a minimum of two exams per year (one spring, one fall) until CPC is attained.
• Strong communication, listening, and computer/software skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail; multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrated high-level client service skills.
• Drive and discipline to stay focused with a commitment to excellence.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly motivated self-starter with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Overall comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• Regular attendance at work.
• Minimum of 40 work hours per week.
