This facility is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Part-time need; up to 6 clinic days per month
  • 1 in every 5th day will be 11.5 hours from 8a-7:30p
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
• Any Active and Unrestricted State License required
