Internal Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Six-month duration with the possibility of extension
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Clinical Details:

• Primary Care: Internal Medicine preferred, Family Medicine acceptable
• High complexity patients with a focus on chronic disease management
• High elderly population with multiple comorbidities, Very few pediatrics patients
• 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of administrative time built into the schedule
• Average 16-20 patients per day
• EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Support Staff: Supported by an RN Team Leader and designated MA

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Doctor of Medicine
• Industry experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in outpatient primary care
• NH license or NH locum license (Temporary licenses are not accepted)
• Internal medicine preferred, family medicine is fine
