This facility is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8a-5p
• Setting: Hospital
• Types of cases: Adult Clinic: 75%; Adult Geriatric: 25%; Clinic is ambulatory work in a primary care practice with a specialization in Chronic Disease Management, Acute Care, Hospital follow-up, Annual Wellness Visit (AWV), and inbox management coverage.
• Requirements: Board certification
• Active Arizona License
