Schedule:
  • Mon-Friday 8a-5p,
  • PT or FT available after these dates
  • No call, No weekends, No holidays Requirements
Details and Summary:
  • Practice Setting: Outpatients
  • Patient Per shift: 24
  • Department: Wound Care Center
  • Provider will supervise APPs
  • Credentialing Time frame: 30-60 Days
  • Coverages: Travel, Logistics, and Medical Malpractice will be covered
Requirements:
  • This position is for Wound Care, and Will take specialties of provider that can debride wounds, Like IM and FM, Who are comfortable with procedures, dermalogical procedures
  • Note: Internal and Family Medicine Physician are eligible
  • License: Must have Oregon License in Hand.
  • Board Certified: Preferred, or must be minimum board eligible
  • Training: Required to complete a 53-hour wound care/HBO training before credentialing
