Job Details
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 10-12 patients per day
- Clinic will eventually have 2-3 providers
- Eclinical works EMR
- M-F 8-5, shared call
- Ages 16+
- Opening beginning of 2025
- Experience in population health management and working with psychosocially and medically complex patients is strongly preferred
- Concierge VIP care, In house lab, x-ray, IV infusion, ambulatory, ICU and pharmacy
