Skilled Nursing patients and nursing home care Locum - FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS/SCHEDULE Start Date: ASAP. As soon as credentialing completed- FLEXIBLE schedule based on providers availability - ideal moonlighting opportunity. Will block days together- 15-17 patients per day- Enjoy tremendous autonomy & voice as a provider- Handling admissions & rounding of patients- Full support staff available Start of the art rehabilitation gym True team approach Strong reputation in the community REQUIRED Current VA licence-or ability to obtain Board Certified or Eligible
