Job Title: Locum - Physician - General Medicine in New Hampshire

We are seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments in facilities across New Hampshire. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
- Evaluate Veterans primarily through interviews, with some physical assessments.
- Record evaluations using standard forms in the VES provider portal within 48 hours post-exam.
- Perform administrative tasks including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics.
- Maintain familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Utilize a Goniometer for testing range of motion and muscle strength.
- Complete DMA training to stay current with certifications and practices.
- Work from your own practice or travel to designated VES facilities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine preferred.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in New Hampshire.
- Board Certification or eligibility is required.
- Possess a personal laptop (excluding Mac products) for report submissions.
- Current CV must include home address for verification.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Current and valid medical license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Must demonstrate willingness to undergo DMA training to acquire DMA certification.
- ECFMG certification required for graduates of international medical schools.
