Medical Director (Family Medicine or Hospitalist or Internal Medicine) Post-Acute Care
Location: Lake Havasu, AZ
Seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities.
Position Details:
- Part-Time. 1-2 day/week rounding schedule
- Flexible Monday Friday schedule
- Permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Primary care rounds, chronic disease management, care planning
- Collaborate with facility staff and patients' families
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight
Compensation & Benefits:
- $132,000 - $159,000 range. Uncapped earning potential
- Part-time benefits: Malpractice with tail coverage, license reimbursement, wellness benefits, and CME.
