We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in beautiful South Carolina. This fulfilling role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from children to elderly individuals.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions, including chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and preventative care.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and their families.
- Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and health assessments.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention.
- Document patient visits and treatments in compliance with institutional policies and medical regulations.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with medical advancements.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO, Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
