Facility in Grand Island, NE is looking for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for primary care clinic.
Dates of Coverage:
Mar 4 - Apr 26
M-F - 8a-5p
Purely Clinic position, NO call.
Details:
Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Duties: Management of adult outpatients for chronic disease, wellness care, and management of acute patient needs.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Clinical Support Staff (LPN or Medical Assistant)
Reason for coverage: Vacation and Vacancy
Clinic sees about 18 patients per day.
First day info - Will meet with clinic manager for orientation the morning of first shift.
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60-90 days- can expedite if needed
Requirements: Active NE license or ability to obtain within the credentialing timeframe
REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified Internal Medicine - REQUIRED OR FM
Active NE License - REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)
Active BLS - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Must be available for dates listed in Job description - REQUIRED
Covid vaccinated - REQUIRED
