• Focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Maintain medical history and records
• Refer patients to specialists as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Active FL License
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
