Job Description :
- Candidate CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
- Chart closure within 72 hours
- Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
- Mix of peds/adults
- We will also accept DO
- APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting (see other AR)
- BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
- Active DEA needed before start
- The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date):
- Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
