We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician in a well-established outpatient setting.
Highlights
- No call requirements
- Quick credentialing process

Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic setting
- MA, RN, and BH community health worker support
- Care team collaboration for efficient patient care
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- One late Monday evening (clinic until 7:30 PM)
- APPs cover Saturday clinic
Procedures and Cases
- Cases include high blood pressure, diabetes, and general IM cases
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Connecticut state licensure required
