Role Overview
•  Location: San Franciso, CA
•  Flexible full-time 4-5 day/week schedule Monday through Friday
•  15-18 patients per day
•  Post-Acute care inpatient setting
•  No call
What You'll Do
•  Deliver comprehensive primary care
•  Manage acute and chronic conditions
•  Develop personalized care plans
•  Integrate and work closely with the interdisciplinary team
•  Partner and work collaboratively with a TeamHealth physician
What We Are Looking For
•  Experienced post-acute care clinicians
•  FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
•  Active California NP/PA license
•  Active DEA
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $171,000 to $206,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
