Locum Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine in New Hampshire
Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in General Medicine. We offer an opportunity to perform Compensation & Pension exams along with Separation Health Assessments for our nation s Veterans in a PRN basis. While practicing in your own office, you will contribute to a mission that supports our heroes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
- Perform interviews and physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- Ensure completion of reporting/DBQs within 48 hours post-exam.
- Assist in follow-up administrative work, such as addendums and medical opinions.
- Utilize your knowledge in musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions for evaluation and diagnosis.
- Complete training for Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
Qualifications:
- Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Must own a personal laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
- AANP certification required.
- Active and unrestricted full license in New Hampshire.
- Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
- Current home address must be listed on your CV.
- If educated internationally, a copy of the ECFMG certificate is necessary.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License in New Hampshire.
- AANP certification.
- DMA certification (must be willing to obtain if not already certified).
