Job Details
  • Full spectrum of Primary Care and Value-based Care
  • Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians
  • Physician-led team-based environment
  • Very flexible full-time schedules
  • Options for 10 and even 12-hour shifts
  • Office hours M-F8:00am-8:00pm
  • Saturday hours 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Requirement of 2 Saturday shifts per month
  • Target patient load is 3-4 patients per hour
  • EPIC EMR system
  • Value-based care model with focus on evidence-based medicine
