Seeking BE/BC Geriatric Medicine Physician to join team in Yakima, WA.
- FM/IM-Geriatrician to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating LTC facilities and serve as the individual SNFs Medical Director.
- Care is provided in contracted SNFs (AFHs, and ALFs are managed by the SR Care ARNPs) located in Yakima WA.
- Work collaboratively with the SR Care Clinical Director, Program Manager, and other staff to meet the program needs of the patients and facilities.
- Integration and management of care to include inpatient admitting, clinical, and administrative services.
- Strong clinical and elderly care with preference for an internal medicine background or geriatrician.
- Volume: seeing 14-17 patients assigned per day, typically at 1 facility per day.
- EMR: GEHRIMED
Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $220k-$230k DOE. Additional financial add-ons include $10k for fellowship (if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight (9 contracted SNF facilities), and production incentives.
