Opportunity: Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician- Geriatrics
Full-time permanent position
2 days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care
Geriatric fellowship training- Preferred
Board Certified/Eligible- Required
EMR- EPIC
