Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting
- A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
- Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses
Schedule Details:
- Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks
Cases & Procedures:
- Traditional primary care for older adults, including:
- Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
- No procedures performed

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
