•  Less than 40 minutes to Nashville
•  Seeking board certified or eligible IM/PEDS trained physicians
•  Hospitalist position / no clinic
•  Shifts: 7am - 7pm;7pm - 7am
•  Two positions exist
•  Nocturnist - 12 shifts per month
•  Night volume is 12 admits (w/2 providers)
•  APP handle RRT at night
•  Day shift - 14 shifts per month
•  Day volume 18-22 patients per day
•  24/7 Intensivists on site
•  No procedures
•  Closed ICU
•  250+ bed hospital
•  Cerner EMR
•  Not able to sponsor visas
