Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide end-user IT support to New Charter Technologies employees, troubleshoot common issues, and ensure timely responses to support calls, chats, emails, and tickets. This role requires experience with Microsoft Entra, prior experience using a ticketing system, and previous helpdesk experience.
This is a part-time position based in our Denver, CO office, with an average schedule of 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: - Provide fast and effective end-user IT support to New Charter Technologies employees.
- Guide our end users remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Listen attentively to customers' questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues.
- Handle support calls, chats, emails, and tickets.
- Perform user and security administration tasks.
- Document IT processes and solutions.
- Set up physical PCs and other hardware.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Entra.
- Prior experience using a ticketing system
- Previous helpdesk experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation for the Internal Help Desk Technician is expected to be $28/Hour (Hourly / Non-Exempt) or depending on experience and expertise levels.
