Internal Account Manager - Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will involve managing client accounts and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and existing experience within the chemical industry.
Internal Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Build, manage & convert the sales pipeline. Identification of new customers.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business retention.
- Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external sales team and product specialists to align strategies and share market insights.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the chemical industry to guide sales strategies.
Internal Account Manager - Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and a right to work in the UK.
