Responsibilities
  • Assist with the purchasing, setup, support, and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, updates, and removal of software and support products such as Microsoft Office, Project, Adobe, On-Screen, Bluebeam and CAD Viewers.
  • Assist in creating, modifying, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and access rights in multiple systems.
  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in person to both in office and remote staff in offering timely and effective solutions (some local travel required).
  • Provide user support of all Company applications including Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems on equipment, including issues related to computers, printers, in office TVs, virtual conferencing equipment, network-related, and cyber security.
  • Troubleshoot and setup Company phones, cell phones, and phone plans.
  • Regularly review and provide recommendations on efficiencies relating to equipment and cell phones.
  • Administer new hire training, equipment needs, and internal processes.
  • Provide basic technical training and guidance on software, technology, best practices, password management, data security, etc., as required.
  • Monitor, track, and document all equipment inventory including computer, cell phone, other IT hardware, and equipment upgrades.
  • Other special projects as assigned by management.
Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
  • Become proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Server
