About the Internship Program - Marketing Science
As an Intern of our Marketing Science Team, you will learn valuable and transferable experience as it relates to marketing and data analytics. You will learn how to work with production code bases and translate data into visualization models that will be used on actual client projects. You will team up with our respected managers who are a wealth of knowledge and experience who will assist and guide you through various projects and scenarios. By the end of your internship, you will be more knowledgeable of the industry and gain experience through real-time client projects.
This is a full-time internship position expected to start around June 2025 through August 2025.
Team Overview
Marketing Science is focused primarily on Marketing Mix Modelling and Multi-touch attribution. Marketing Science teams manage data processing (primarily in SQL, R scripting, and Excel), data exploration and the statistical analysis of media data. Marketing Science team members handle client's requests, work closely with internal cross-agency teams to support their needs, collect data from clients, clean and organize that data, and create statistical models, and build presentations highlighting key results, recommendations, and takeaways.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities could include exposure to learning and performing the following:
- Steward data collection from various third-party platforms and analytics tools
- Collaborate with Marketing Science teams on audience insights generation using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
- Translate data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights
- Ensure timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
- Data cleaning and exploration using analysis tools such as R to find trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop marketing mix modeling analysis and interpret model results
- Support development and updates of modeling packages - including development of multi-touch attribution code base.
- Learn to create data visualizations to communicate learnings from modeling activities
- Develop presentations for stakeholders
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Rising seniors or students pursuing a master's degree in the following areas of interests; statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management or related fields
- Foundational communication, relationship building and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel i.e (Pivot Tables, Chart Creation, VLookup, Formulas)
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as R, Python, SQL. Experience programming in R preferred.
- Identify problems and propose solutions through application of analytical thinking
- Candidates must demonstrate academic strength and a passion for learning
- Familiarity with regression modeling is preferred
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- It's a plus if you have:
- Knowledge in the media, advertising, and marketing industries
- Understanding of media and marketing analytics

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$20-$20 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
