Intern- IT Business Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
This role will serve as a vital link between our IT capabilities and business objectives by supporting the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Evaluate business processes, document business requirements, and implement solutions

• Perform quality assurance testing on applications

• Document knowledge of IT security and Cyber security

• Ability to manage tasks and create a Project Plan

• Track tasks to completion while working with other team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate currently enrolled in an accredited college IT program preferred.

• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.

• Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.

• Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.

• Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.

• Experience documenting requirements and testing
