Hourly rate: $16.50

Schedule: M-Th, 9-6pm

Timeline: June 2- August 7th 2025

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up the weekly reporting doc for all digital marketing channels
  • Setting up Figma wireframes for the next week emails
  • Competitor Analysis on Email, SMS, Web etc.
  • Creating and maintain docs such as Flow Tracker, Updating A/B testing tracker, etc.
  • Building emails, SMS and push in Klaviyo platform when needed.
Intern Learning Plan: 10-Week Breakdown
Weeks 1-2: Onboarding & Introduction

Getting acclimated, shadowing team members, and learning internal tools/processes.
  • Learning Goals: Learn the Kith Aesthetic through the digital marketing lens.
  • Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: Review previous emails, SMS and push notifications understanding a marketing roll-out.
Weeks 3-6: Skill Building & Hands-On Learning

Greater involvement in ongoing team initiatives and beginning independent tasks.
  • Learning Goals: Understand weekly and daily responsibilities
  • Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: Building out weekly reporting doc, Figma and other documentation. Conduct competitor research on other websites, brands emails, SMS and push notifications.
Weeks 6-8: Independent Work & Mid-Level Execution

Intern begins taking ownership of specific tasks or segments of a project.
  • Learning Goals: Help the digital marketing team in executing weekly responsibilities.
  • Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: Creating emails, SMS, and push notifications in Kalviyo platform. Create recaps for re-promos, maintaining flow Tracker, A/B Testing Tracker & data analysis, etc.

Weeks 8-10: Final Projects & Wrap-Up/Graduation

• In the last 2 weeks of the program interns will start to reflect on their time and experience and wrap up any projects they've given the opportunity to assist with.

• In week 8 Intern will begin to work on a presentation of what they have learned in their role, what they would change about the process of their position/department, what they enjoyed and did not enjoy about their experience.

• Week 9, HR/TA will sit with Interns for career development with updating their Linkedin profiles and resumes with their internship.

• In week 10- Interns will present their presentation to their hiring manager and team in week 10

• In the last week of the internship Interns will have the opportunity to get a professional headshot done with our photography team in the studio

• Graduation will commence on the last day of the Summer 2025 internship program.
