Position: Intermediate Secretary Summary: To support the daily operation of the building while supporting the building leads. This position is 200 days per year and 3.5 hours per day, primarly covering the office during the time when full tme secretaries are at lunch. When other secretaries are out of the office for the day, this position may be asked to cover for the full day.
Reports to: Building Principal
Coordinates with: Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and Secretaries

Education and Experience: - Associates degree preferred
- Two to three years of experience in an administrative role
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or up to 25 pounds of files, paper, or other related equipment or supplies. Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching. Close vision is required to perform computer related tasks.
