Our client is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused
Interior Door / Millwork Salesperson with a strong background in the
commercial and multi-family construction space. This hybrid role allows flexibility, with in-office visits required just 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will bring deep product knowledge, a solid client base, and a hunter mentality to help expand market share and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage accounts within the commercial and multi-family sectors, targeting builders, contractors, and developers.
- Sell a full range of interior door and millwork products, providing consultative solutions to meet client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, product availability, and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and new product offerings.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in interior door and millwork sales (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Existing network and contacts in the commercial and/or multi-family markets highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and millwork product lines is a plus.
