Position Summary:
Our client is looking for an experienced Interim Revenue Manager to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This consultant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, as well as managing the month-end and quarter-end close processes. The consultant will work within the Payments division, focusing on transaction fees related to payment processing on the platform.
This position is 100% remote working effectively across time zones, including the East Coast and India.
Essential Duties:
• Oversee and manage the month-end and quarter-end revenue close processes, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition.
• Review and validate transaction fee data from credit and debit card payment processing on the platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Support the implementation and user acceptance testing for their Quote to Cash Billing Tool.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Provide general revenue process support and address ad hoc reporting needs as required.
• Offer cross-functional support for RevPro, NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce systems.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of management experience in revenue recognition and financial close processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Deep knowledge of RevPro, Zuora, and NetSuite.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, and/or Consulting industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAT and experience managing software tool implementations.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and introduce automation.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones, including the East Coast and India.
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $80 - 85.
